Does DirectHome own the listed properties?

No. DirectHome is a marketplace, not a real estate agency and not the owner of the properties shown. Listings are supplied by property owners, sellers, landlords or authorised agents.

How do I contact a property owner or agent?

Open a published property listing, review the available information and use the enquiry or contact option provided on that listing. Confirm important details and arrange a safe viewing before making any payment or commitment.

How do I report a listing or user?

Use the report control on the relevant listing, message or account area. Reports are assessed under the moderation process and serious reports can temporarily hide a listing while it is reviewed.
